Syncing the calendars between Airbnb and VRBO (now known as Vrbo) can help you avoid double bookings and ensure that your property is always up-to-date on both platforms. Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Sign in to your Airbnb account and navigate to your calendar.
  2. Click on «Availability settings» in the top-right corner of the calendar page.
  3. Scroll down to the «Sync calendars» section and click on «Export Calendar.»
  4. A URL will be generated – copy this URL to your clipboard.
  5. Sign in to your Vrbo account and navigate to your calendar.
  6. Click on the «Import/Export» button in the top-right corner of the calendar page.
  7. Click on «Import Calendar» and paste the URL you copied from Airbnb into the «URL» field.
  8. Click «Import» to sync your Airbnb calendar with your Vrbo calendar.
  9. You can also sync your Vrbo calendar with your Airbnb calendar by following similar steps on your Vrbo account and exporting the Vrbo calendar URL and importing it into Airbnb.
